Custom Strategy
You tell us where the need is: overall strategy, a specific event, your social presence, or donor communications.
Engagement Period
Applications for the fall cycle close October 24. A full 90-day strategy engagement is donated quarterly.
The Audit & Discovery phase serves as our foundation, where we deep-dive into your existing infrastructure and messaging to identify unrealized potential.
From there, we transition into Custom Strategy creation, pivoting our focus to your highest-leverage opportunities, whether that is digital presence, donor relations, or operational efficiency.
Finally, our 90-day Engagement Period brings these plans to life with direct support, ensuring your team is fully equipped to continue the momentum long after the Seed Grant cycle concludes. We prioritize work that builds sustainable capacity, choosing partners who are ready to take bold steps toward their next chapter of growth.

Is this really free? Yes. No cost, no obligation, no bait toward a paid contract. If we work together after, it’s because you asked.
Do we have to be a 501(c)(3)? Yes, or a fiscally sponsored project with documentation.
How much of our time will this take? Roughly five hours across 90 days: discovery, alignment, and follow-up session.
Can we apply again if we're not selected? Yes. Applications roll into the next quarterly cycle if you'd like them to.
What if we're a tiny organization with no marketing person at all? Apply. Some of the highest-leverage work happens exactly there — but be honest about who will carry the plan forward.
